3D virtual tour pricing: what actually moves the bill
The price of a 3D virtual tour depends here on two things only: the number of viewpoints and the format of the data you supply. The grid is public, sliding per panorama, with a €9 minimum charge.

Why this price is so hard to find anywhere else
Search for "virtual tour pricing" and you will mostly find quote forms. The reason is simple: most offers bundle two trades, sending an operator out to photograph and producing the tour. The first depends on floor area, city and deadline; it has no publishable price.
Here there is only the second. Nobody travels: you supply the material, so the price depends only on the material. That is what makes it possible to publish a grid — and to publish all of it.
Compare like with like
The figures on this page are not the price of a photography job. If you need someone to come and capture the property, that is a separate cost to add. If you shoot it yourself — or already have a Visites-virtuelles capture — the grid below is the complete price.
The only two variables
The number of viewpoints sets the base: every panorama takes the same amount of computation, and the rate slides by band, each band charging only the panoramas that fall inside it.
The format you supply then applies a multiplier. It is not a margin: it reflects what has to be produced from what you give, at constant output quality. A Visites-virtuelles backup already carries the measured geometry, so it is the reference (×1.00); a bare link forces us to download, restitch and estimate depth, which costs more.
The grid, in full
| Band | Price per panorama |
|---|---|
| Panoramas 1 to 25 | €0.90 |
| Panoramas 26 to 60 | €0.70 |
| Panoramas 61 to 100 | €0.50 |
| Panoramas 101 to 400 | €0.40 |
| Minimum charge | €9.00 |
| Above 400 panoramas | Quote on request |
| Format supplied | Multiplier | What it brings |
|---|---|---|
| Visites-virtuelles backup (.zip) | ×1.00 | The reference: measured geometry supplied with the data |
| 360° panoramas only | ×1.15 | Position and depth rebuilt from scratch |
| Link + backup (hybrid) | ×1.25 | Measured geometry and original colours |
| Your own Visites-virtuelles share link | ×1.35 | Original colours, estimated depth |
The multiplier applies to the subtotal, before the minimum charge. An estimator on the home page uses exactly this grid and shows the breakdown line by line, multiplier included.
Five worked examples
Computed with the live grid, on real properties whose tours are open further down.
| Property | Viewpoints | Format supplied | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small flat | 10 | Backup | €9.00 |
| Flat, ~45 m² | 29 | Backup | €25.30 |
| Flat, ~45 m² | 29 | 360° panoramas only | €29.10 |
| Townhouse, two floors | 77 | Hybrid | €69.38 |
| Unusual volume (barge) | 130 | Hybrid | €98.75 |
The first example shows the minimum at work: 10 panoramas at €0.90 come to exactly €9.00, the floor. Below ten viewpoints the price stops going down.
What is included, and what is not
Included: analysis of your files before the quote, the full computation of the tour, the dollhouse view, the floor plan, the measurement mode, the delivered archive with its Windows, macOS and Linux launchers, and the editor that lets you tune what the tour shows. Once paid, the tour costs nothing more: no subscription, no renewal, no hosting fee on our side.
Not included: the shoot and the travel, hosting the tour (it is yours, you put it where you like — see hosting your virtual tour), and any later change to the property: a delivered tour is frozen, a property that changes gets rescanned and repurchased.
Frozen quote, and refunds
The quote is computed automatically when your files arrive, after analysis — so on the real number of usable viewpoints, not on an estimate. It is then frozen: the amount shown is exactly what you pay, with no surcharge discovered later.
If the tour cannot be produced, you are refunded in full. And if your files are not suitable, you find out before any payment, with the exact reason.
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the amounts shown are the amounts you pay.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 3D virtual tour cost?
Here, from €9 for a small flat to about a hundred euros for a large volume: the rate slides per panorama (€0.90 up to the 25th, then €0.70, €0.50 and €0.40), multiplied by a format multiplier, with a €9 minimum charge. As an example, a flat with 29 viewpoints comes to €25.30.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay for one tour and walk away with its files. There is no renewal and no hosting fee on our side: the tour is yours and keeps working without us.
Is the price shown final?
Yes. The quote is issued after analysing your files, on the real number of usable viewpoints, then frozen: the amount shown is exactly what is paid. And if the tour cannot be produced, the refund is total.
Why does the price depend on the format supplied?
Because the multiplier reflects what has to be produced from what you give, at constant output quality. A Visites-virtuelles backup already contains the measured geometry and serves as the reference (×1.00); a bare link forces us to download, restitch and estimate depth, hence a higher multiplier (×1.35).
And above 400 panoramas?
The price is then quoted individually: beyond that volume the computation time stops being proportional to the number of viewpoints, and the price has to be looked at case by case. Write to us with the number of viewpoints and the format you have.
Estimate your tour
The estimator on the home page uses this exact grid: set the number of panoramas, pick the format, and the breakdown appears line by line.
