The pivot: the model, not the technology
A tour hosted by a vendor exists as long as the account exists. That is true of Visites-virtuelles and of every online platform: the tour is not a file you hold, it is a service rendered to you month after month. The day the subscription stops, or the plan changes, or the number of allowed active spaces drops, your links stop answering — and with them the links published in your listings, your emails and your brochures.

What you actually receive
A ZIP archive containing the complete tour: point-to-point walkthrough inside the property, the dollhouse overview (the property cut away, seen from above), a floor plan, and a measurement mode. Plus Windows, macOS and Linux launchers so you can open it locally with a double-click.
No external dependency: no CDN, no remote font, no third-party script, no tracker. A tour downloaded and opened with no connection behaves identically — that is verified on every delivery.

You do not need a particular camera, and you do not need to leave your platform to try: a capture you already own is enough.

What this service does not do
This list matters as much as the previous one. If any of it is a deal-breaker for you, stay on a hosted platform — it will be the right choice.
- No camera and no capture app. You bring the material; we do not come on site.
- No hosting. That is the whole point, but it does mean a folder to upload and an address to manage — see hosting your virtual tour.
- No visit analytics. The delivered tour contains no tracker, so it counts nothing and tells us nothing. If you want audience figures, you instrument it yourself.
- No industry integrations (portals, CRM, MLS). You get a web address; what you do with it is yours.
- No automatic updates. A delivered tour is frozen. A property that changes gets rescanned and repurchased.
- With 360° panoramas only, scale is relative: a 360 capture with no distance data does not fix the absolute size of a volume. Measurements are reliable only with a Visites-virtuelles backup or link.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to leave my platform to use this service?
No, and that is the most common use: you keep your Visites-virtuelles account to capture and publish, and you have an independent copy produced here of the tours you want to keep for the long run. The two do not exclude each other.
Do I need an account with a Visites-virtuelles platform?
Not for the 360° panorama mode, which only expects your equirectangular photos. For the link and backup modes you supply your own Visites-virtuelles tour, for which you certify holding the rights.
Does the delivered tour look like a Visites-virtuelles tour?
It shares the same usage: moving from viewpoint to viewpoint, dollhouse view, floor plan, measurements. In link and hybrid modes it even shows the platform's original colour rendering. It is not the same viewer, and the presentation differs.
Are my files used for anything else?
No. Your files are never reused, resold, or used to train models. Only our technical providers (payment, email, hosting) process data, purely to deliver the service. The service is not a storage space either: delivered tours are removed shortly after, so download yours.
How long between upload and delivery?
Processing takes from a few minutes to several hours depending on the number of viewpoints and the format supplied. You get an email on delivery; nothing to watch in the meantime.
